Michel Lee is a capital market and investment professional with 25 years of experience in various senior leadership roles in one of the largest global investment banks in Hong Kong, Beijing, Tokyo and London.

A legendary banker who has led some of the most high profile transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, Michel has helped a long-listed of trusted clients to complete hundreds of important strategic transactions including early funding rounds, IPOs, structured financing, derivatives, merger and acquisitions. Fluent in Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin / Cantonese), and English, he holds a MSc in Advanced Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence) from Imperial College London and a BSc in Physics, Electronics & Computing from University College London.

Hiro Takaku is an entrepreneur who enjoys building and developing business. Started his career while he was a student at university in Japan as one of the founding members of V-cube, Inc. (Tokyo Stock Exchange 1st Section: 3681), served as Chief Technology Officer.

Then Hiro moved to finance industry, joined one of the largest global investment banks to leverage his technical and analytical expertise to global market for 15 years. While at the bank, took a number of senior leadership roles and represented country and regional management committees until he started up technology service developing company T & Co Limited in 2018. MSc in Computer Science and Information Technology, and B.Eng in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Keio University.
